The estimated arrival date is 14-30 business days from the time item is shipped.  Please note your item may arrive sooner or later depending on the postal service.  Delays are beyond my control once item is posted. In the unlikely event you do not receive your item there is a 45 day wait period (60 days for Italy) (90 days for Brazil) until claims can be processed.  In the unlikely event your item is damaged please contact me as soon as item is received so insurance claim can be started.  By purchasing this item or any item from my store you agree to these terms and to cooperate with signing insurance claim forms and returning to me.

First Class Mail International parcels will only show tracking to the US sorting export facility in JAMAICA, NY. This is normal if you check your tracking number.  If you require true tracking Priority Mail International must be used. Please contact me for current rates.
