Mepitac Fixation Soft Silicon Tape

Mepitac is designed for fixation of medical devices such as drains, tubes, probes, electrodes and dressings. In addition, it offers gentle skin protection when used under devices, e.g. tubes.

Meptiac is highly conformable and the unique Safetac adhesive ensures that it can be changed without damaging the skin, thereby minimising pain and trauma during dressing changes. This makes it ideal for patients with fragile and sensitive skin and those requiring repeated application and removal of tape over the same area, e.g. neonates and dialysis patients. If inspection or repositioning is necessary, Mepitac can be lifted and reapplied.
