Here I have a remnant piece of upholstery fabric.

I found it very difficult to capture the true color of this fabric in photo.  It is a beautiful navy/royal blue.  The color and shade very much depends on the lighting and angle of view!  I think of it as a very "Royal" fabric in color and quality!  I do not know the fiber content but it is very soft to the touch.  

To my knowledge it has no flaws, the white spots in the photos are places that glared because of the lighting and angle.  

Please see last photo for measurements.  With the odd shape I thought it easiest to do a quick drawing for you.  Drawing is not done to scale.  Measurements are in inches and are approximate.  (May vary slightly.)  The width I measured without the salvage.

My mother purchased this beautiful piece at our local Flea Market many years ago.   We cannot say for sure but we think this piece may have come from India.  My mother had hoped to use this for a project of her own but as it goes for probably most ambitious people, we never manage to accomplish all our ambitions!  So finally she decided to pass it on for someone else's project!
