This is a plastic insulated travel mug with black handle and black lid.   It is the 2008 Disney Parks Halloween cup.  It does have signs of use and wash.  There is some scratches next to the scarecrow and under the pumpkins as shown in photos.  The inside is in very good condition.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
