This is Britannia the Bear, manufactured for McDonald's Corp by Ty, Inc.   Licensed for distribution only by McDonald's restaurants.

The birthday is December 15, 1997 but her tag says 1993 and she was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but her tag reads OakBrook (without the space)

This brown bear is packaged on the manufacturer's paperboard card which measures 11" x 4.5" x 2".  Weight is 1.7 ounces.  The bear is about 5.5" tall.  Plastic cover is sealed but dented.
