With its wrought iron twisted swing handle
It could make a cute gift basket with seed packets or small succulents.
This vintage piece is in beautiful condition with light patina and wear mostly on the inside.
Measures Basket is 3" H x 7 oe" H to top of handle x 8" W at rim x about 5 oe" W inside rim opening.
