Among the Chefs participating were: Alain Ducasse, Michel Torigros, Charlie Palmer, Daniel Bouloud, Thomas Keller, Michel Roux, Charlie Trotter, Jacques Le Divellec, Michel Guerard, Firmin Arrambide, Pierre Orsi and many many more. Measures about 6 1/2" x 9 1/2" when closed.
