I do not know whether this set is complete or not. You will receive everything pictured, as pictured. The bottom of the finger jointed Blue Point wooden box has damage as pictured. It measures approx 8-11/16" long x 4-1/8" wide x 3-7/8" high. The tools could use a good cleaning.
