New OEM Lexus Door Mirror; New OEM mirror less the box, never installed - not aftermarket junk!  It was stored in a bin with other parts which  scratched the paint as shown. NO damage, cracks, chips. Warehouse dust and marks from storage is all. 

Fits: 2019-2024 ES250, ES300, ES350 with blind spot, Memory, power fold, signal - NO camera type.
