Vintage brass horse head clip made by Virginia Metalcrafters, Waynesboro.  Marked 1949.  It is a great desktop paper holder/paperweight, but also has a hole on the back so it could be mounted.

The artist's initials CRK are on the inside (for Calvin Roy Kinstler).  In good vintage condition, opens and closes well.

Measures approx 5" long.  Please see photos.  I will package carefully in a box and ship promptly.
