Antique gentleman's pocket knife.  This was used to compliment a pocket watch.  Meant to be hung buy the same type of chain.

The scales and 1/20 12k Gold filled.  Made in Italy by Latama.  It was a service award for 30 years of service back in 1976.  I believe that PPG stands for Pittsburgh Paints but may be wrong.

Still has its bail.  Both blades open and seat nicely.  Both blades still have snap.  Some small scuffs and small dings on scales.  SEE PICTURES.

It will be protected well and insured.
