Most of my listings have a best offer option (all but apparel items).  If you make me a best offer and I accept it, you are obligated to pay for the item.  It is the same as if you were to purchase the item with the buy it now option.  

I have been getting far too many offers that are never paid for.  If you do not pay for a best offer, handles this the same as not paying for any transaction, and your Ebay privledges may be suspended.
