This is an item that was a paper product rolled up in this colorful box that was used for dusting, cleaning and polishing.  it was manufactured in the 30's to the best of my knowledge.  The box isn't perfect with wear on the edges from sliding on and off a shelf.  The paper product looks like waxed paper.  There is a roll of it inside the box and a crumpled up piece laying in the bottom of the box that looks like it had been used and someone was saving it for later use.  It was distributed by Household Paper Products of Detroit. The box is a little over 12 inches long.  It is very colorful.
