A Simplicity 5335…a Half-Sizes Pullover Blouse, Skirt, Pants and Unlined Vest Sewing Pattern in Size 18 1/2.

The pattern is uncut and in original folds.  The instructions are there.  The envelope is in very good vintage condition with tanning, small tear, ink, sharpie and a white sticker.  The envelope flap is still attached but starting to tear off.  Copyright 1981.

Pattern Description

“Straight leg pants have fly front, yoke and pockets, front buttoned waistband with back elastic and top stitching.  Ruffled skirt gathered to waistband has button front band, top-stitching and optional eyelet edging.  Blouse has long or short raglan sleeves and elastic neck casing with optional eyelet edging.  Long sleeves have elastic wrist casings.  Short sleeves have elastic casings forming self ruffles with optional eyelet edging.  Princess seamed vest has shawl collar and top-stitching.”
