For your consideration, here is a USHIO Halogen Projector Lamp Bulb EFR, 15 volts, 150 watts, made in Japan, with cap.  The box has wear on it.  The box is dented and is torn on the bottom.  The bulb looks new.  It has not been tested though.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (243.301c-.5bx)
