Damages & Returns

• Any damages or item not as described must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. 

• We guarantee all items purchased from us are in the condition stated in the auction. 

• If you receive an item different from that described in the auction please contact us and we will refund your money in full, including return postage. 

• We offer a 14-day return policy for returns based on fit or change of opinion. 

• The buyer must pay return shipping and will receive a full refund when merchandise is received.

Shipping Info

• All items are packed and shipped with 24 to 48 hours of payment.  Each item is carefully wrapped and shipped promptly via USPS or Priority Mail.   All U.S. customers will receive a tracking number and delivery confirmation. 

• A buyer returning a NON-DEFECTIVE item will be responsible for Shipping Cost BOTH WAYS.

• You only get free shipping if you keep the item.(applies to free shipping items only -Shipping is free to the Continental 48 States Only!) Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico are NOT included for free shipping due too size/weight. (if fee shipping item)

• International packages can be shipped via either USPS   Additionally, all import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
