This is a set of 3 side moulding/trim fasteners a for an E21 BMW 320i in good condition.  This set includes 3 of the screw-down clips (these are used in the middle of the trim pieces) and 3 of the grommets for the door/body.  It does not include nuts for these.  Years ago I had an E21 BMW, and these were some leftover pieces that I came across in the garage recently.  The grommets appear used, but the clips are new.

The clips look to be BMW PN 51131822921, now 51131869959.
