Vintage original U.S. pressbook from the 1956 theatrical re-release of KING KONG and I WALKED WITH A ZOMBIE, released by RKO Radio Pictures. Please note that our scanner cut-off a portion of the right border of each image and the pressbook is complete and fully intact.

Measuring 12 x 18 inches, this pressbook consists of 8 pages and is complete and uncut and features illustrations on every page. The front cover depicts artwork featuring a large image of an angry Kong holding Fay Wray in his left arm with the slogan "KING KONG IS HERE AGAIN!" in bold vivid red. The interior pages feature various photographs, articles and advertising suggestions to publicize the theatrical re-releases by RKO of both popular films. The back cover depicts the movie posters that RKO created for this particular re-release which include the one-sheet, three-sheet, half-sheet and insert poster.

This vintage original pressbook is held together by two staples along the spine and is completely intact. It is in fine+ condition with a horizontal fold across the center that has split at the final 1/2 inches at the right border; the remnants of a very small sticker in the top right corner of the front cover; and random small dots of soiling in various areas on the front cover.
