Dress is striped on top with short sleeves, zipper down back and elastic waist.
Vintage size 10: maximum 36" bust, 24-30" elastic waist, 38" hips, 14" shoulders, 43" long
Jacket is 19" long down center back and measures 18" underarm to underarm. 17" across the waist. 14" shoulders. 21.5" sleeve.

Hand washable material - the upper part of the dress is thinner than the skirt portion and jacket, which are a bit thicker/crisper. Material is not stretchy. The jacket has slim built in shoulder padding.
