This is Greensburg / L.E.Smith Glass Company's vase #4344/4 - F. This is the plain top edge variation.
The loving cup has 2 handles and a square base. The raised design has 2 nude (or lightly veiled) women dancing inside a heart. This is often called the "Snake Dance" design. The vase was made durring the Depression Era in the late 1920s to early 1930s.
It is Black Glass, but when held up to the light, you can see a vivid red violet so it can also be called Black Amethyst Glass.

It is about 7 inches high and 4 inches diameter.
Condition:
It has 1 small fleabite on rim the size of a grain of rice. It has slight inner rim roughness.
