this is a "Cosmopolitan Magazine Fun Fearless Female Button & Mirror" Promo item from c 1990 (really not sure..... could be older or even from the early 2000's and I think for their Female Awards events).   

measures 2 1/8" wide.    one side is mirrored, the other with the text in pink lettering

excellent condition.     couldn't get good photos as camera flash bouncing off
