White milk glass bowl with silver crest (clear) ruffled edge.  This flared bowl is on a 3-7/8" Diameter round base.  Unmarked.  Very heavy piece.

Approx 3-1/2" Height ,   8" x 8" Diameter

Excellent condition.  Couple light surface scratches, hardly worth mentioning.
