Beautiful leaf dish in a light blue color with white florals and shiny gold trim. Raised flower trimmed in gold. Not sure why there is a green area on the handle. Purchased at an estate sale, I do not know much about this piece. The bottom is a sandy color and has a few pin holes in it, see photo. One end of the flower petal does not have color on it. Looks like it may have gotten chipped off. One photo shows the area of the petal, the next with it circled in black. I didn't notice the area until I looked very closely. The bottom is marked Italy 237/2000 in gold. There are no cracks or scratches.
