This is a Vintage Marine Lapel/Hat Pin with Eagle Sitting on Globe (#1165). It is approximately 1 inch by 1 inch. It has a black coating with a gold finish underneath. It attaches with a screw back clasp. It is used, but in excellent condition. Please see pix.
