This is a Hand Painted Collector’s Plate of a Grouse (#0470).  It has a weaved design around the edge of the plate and is trimmed in gold.  It is marked on the back with markings of CELEBRATE, made in Japan and Hand painted.  It is a little over 8 inches in diameter.
