For your consideration, here is a Vintage Brass Single 1 3/8 Inch Diameter Hole Electrical Outlet Cover Plate, Painted Pink.  It measures 2 3/4 by 4 1/2 inches.  I do not have the screws for it.  It very worn and is missing paint.  The large area where the paint is missing has some letters scratched into it.  It will be mailed in a bubble mailer.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (359.124j-.3bx3)
