The binding is in acceptable condition, the pages are lightly tanned, the front end paper has a light pencil mark. The maroon cover shows a very small amount of edge wear. The jacket is price clipped, edge worn and has about a two by two inch loss at the spine bottom and back.  Acceptable. Hardcover.

On the very day the Hollisters move to their new home on the shores of Pine Lake in Shoreham, their adventures begin.
