From research I did on the internet, this Pacific Cutter was involved in a lawsuit with the City of South El Monte, California  in the U.S. Supreme Court in the 1970's possibly.

I could not find the exact date.

 

In excellent shape with the exception of some of the writing on the front has been worn off.
