This copy of Herbie's Troubles by Carol Chapman and with illustrations by Kelly Oechsli is an ex. library HB without a DJ.  It was published by E. P. Dutton in 1981.  Condition: Good Minus--pages show handling; several pages have finger smudges or light soiling; several pages have a tear along the bottom edge (several tears have been taped); WITHDRAWAL has been stamped inside the book a few times; binding tight; the inside flaps of the DJ has been glued to the inside of the front cover; covers have light soiling and rubbing wear.
