This item is 9 3/4 inches tall, 7 1/2 inches long, and 5 inches wide. A lovely 3 Story Building Sweet Shop on the bottom Floor. There are 2 kids looking into the window. Item weighs near 3 pounds before packing. Stamp on the base, Sherwood Brands Inc. Rockville Md, made in China, 1999 Sherwood Brands, Inc.  Does have regular wear from age and use. Please look at picture 3 there is a small chip over the door and the bottom of the right window on the lid.
