The Complete Swimmer

by Harold S. Ulen and Guy Larcom, Jr.

New York: Macmillan, 1939. 24 pages. Illustrated with photos.

First edition.

Hardback book in a good only dust jacket with chips to corners, spine ends and rear jacket panel. Some closed tears and soiling. Please see the photos.
Dust jacket is not price-clipped and is enclosed in a clear Mylar jacket protector.

The book is very good plus with nice silver stamping on the front cover and spine over textured light green cloth. The front and rear fixed endpapers are darkened
by age and glue used to paste down the papers. The front free endpaper has a name written in the upper right corner. The half-title page has the same name and 1940 date
written as shown. The interior pages are nice with black and white illustrations. Pages 30-3 have light edge soiling, but not affecting text. Overall the interior is excellent.

Stated first edition. Not a common book. Johnny Weissmuller is mentioned on three pages.  NO REFUNDS on out of the USA sales...it is an insurance issue. Rare, but could happen, so please consider this when purchasing. Thank you.
