This Chinese Taro Bun Long variety is one of the most popular taros, widely cultivated for it's root from Australia to Hawaiia, Southeast Asia and beyond, as an edible used to make taro chips. Tropical, loves consistently moist soil, spreads from the tuber. Taro's root has a creamy purple/pink root that spreads quickly - coming to maturity withing 9 months. Very gorgeous, tall, drooping egg-shaped foliage. Perfectly suitable for a container and indoor gardening as long is it doesn't too dry.
