Vintage Covered Round Candy Dish with Lid

Following the American Brilliant Style of Diamond Points, Hobstars, Radiating Fans, Fine Cuts and Vesicas this is a wonderful piece of pressed glass.

Weighing in at 2.3 pounds the candy dish measures 7 1/2" tall x 5" diameter. It sits on top of a beautiful base with a short pedestal.

The closest I have come to this delicate color of pink is LE Smith but I have not been able to verify the maker.

This would be a wonderful shower gift for a baby girl filled with hair pieces, socks or even mini bottles of lotions.

Or, use as originally intended - it would be lovely filled with a white candy. Or in a girl's bathroom. The possibilities are endless.
