New.  This is a Non-shunted lamp holder for T12 F71(6') lamps. Use this lamp holder with open style ballast ESB brand #520001 ONLY.

Do NOT use this lamp holder in conjunction with RT style ballasts...use 530040 lamp holder instead. 

Fits ESB, Solar Storm, and Solar Wave Bi-Pin tanning bed lamps.
