This soft cover book is 43 numbered pages.  It measures about 9 x 6 inches.  It is geared toward those with a victory garden and how to put up the foods grown in their garden in a manner that the food will not spoil.  It covers canning, freezing, brining, dehydration and cellars, pits & boxes for winter storage.  I think it is fairly comprehensive for those who might like to learn how to do these things.  It was prepared by the Home Economics Institution at Westinghouse Electric.
