The booklet is in good condition with light foxing, wrinkles and light wear on the edges.  The pages are not dog-eared and I can find no notes or marks inside except for 1 set of pencil hatch marks where the original owner counted to 8.  Profusely illustrated in black & white and color.

I hate descriptions that just give you a picture of the cover.
