For your consideration is a vintage beige London Fog double breasted trench coat.  This coat has the plaid wool lining including in the arms.  Will serve you will in the winter. It has 2 side pockets and belt loops, with the matching belt.  The lining zips out so that you can wash the coat and wear when it is not so cold.  The lining must be dry cleaned.  The sleeves cuff area has the belt ties so you can cinch up the wrist to keep the cold and snow out.  Marked size 12P.  No rips or tears, there are a couple of small dots on the front right as shown.  I have not cleaned this so do not know if they will come out.
