THE SECOND HERMAN TREASURY is a one - panel comic strip that focuses on 1-panel zingers about stupid things humans do are questions asked that just make you scratch your head and think. Most of the people in this strip are overweight, unattractive and JIM never claimed he was an artist.
Paperback book is used but is in great condition. Measures 11" x 8-1/2" x 1/2" thick.
