Certificate of Authenticity (COA) was taped on the back of this mini Norman Rockwell plate.  Sterling Treasury of Garnerville NY has authorized its serial number. This work is titled "Girl Painting".  Maker's information on the back states: Made in Japan. Not for food use.  A hanger has been attached to the back. Sorry no box.
