You are purchasing one 3-5'' tall (pot height is not included) Camu Camu (Myrciaria Dubia) Seedling Tree Starter Plant in 2.5'' square pot.
Camu camu is a low-growing shrub (up to 10ft) found throughout the Amazon rain forests of Peru and Brazil. Grows wild on banks of streams and lakes or in swamps, where the lower part of the plant is often submerged. It produces a lemon sized, light orange to purplish red fruit with yellow pulp. This fruit is packed with more natural vitamin C than any other food source recorded on the planet.  The camu-camu is extremely high in vitamin C, having over 100 times the amount of vitamin C per weight than an orange. Vitamin C comes in addition to beta-carotene, potassium, calcium, iron, niacin, phosphorus, protein, serine, thiamin, leucine, and valine. These powerful phytochemicals and amino acids have a surprising range of therapeutic effects. Camu camu has astringent, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, emollient and nutritional properties. The pulp is very acidic. It is usually used to flavor drinks, ice creams, sweets, and more. It is often used medicinally for its high vitamin C content and a variety of other reputed benefits.
It survives best in hot, damp tropical climates but will grow in the subtropics, surviving temperatures to 32F. It is not as hardy as its close relative the Jaboticaba. Loves water. The camu-camu will stand flooding.

IMPORTANT!
Small plants need protection from cold, wind, sun, dry-out.
Place all plants in a spot of moderate temperatures (70-80F) in good light but NOT in a direct sun for two weeks until they adjust from shipping in darkness . NO direct sun, NO partial shade - FULL SHADE ONLY! Sun will burn small plants! Allow the plants a week or two to adjust to their new home before transplanting or fertilizing. If you plan to plant them in the garden, gradually  increase their exposure to sunlight and outdoor conditions! Temperatures falling below 60F can result in plant damage.

RETURNS/Replacements. If plants died during the shipment or look sad when received and you can send me the message with the photo the same day or a few days later, plants are still in the original pot, YES, I will replace/refund. If plants are replanted in a new pot/soil, kept outside, overwatered/dried or left in a sun, damaged by cold weather (especially during the night), heat during the day, dry wind, low humidity, sorry, then no replacements/refunds are given.
