This is a brand new costume jewelry Red Hat charm bracelet. It is an elasticized band with silver and red beads (the red beads are plastic, the silver ones I think are metal but I'm not positive) and Red Hat charms. The charms are metal with enamel, red and purple in color, very bright and pretty. This would make a really nice gift or stocking stuffer! Asking $2.00 obo.
