Vintage about 1970s Soviet USSR  Retro  Atomic SPACE Age Wall  Goose Neck Regulated LAMP . Tested - working. Materials - chromed steel, aluminum, plastic. Rugged made. Just screw in your country voltage standard lamp (better projector type) and change plug if needed . Has switch on the pad and remote switch on prolonged cable. Can be seen on pictures. It used to hang on wall, but can be adapted for standing on the table, just need some more weight on the pad for balance or just screw it on. Ceramic lamp holder - can be used for powerful  lamp. Good working and cosmetic condition.
