This is a Hello Kitty Adjustable Crown Hat. It is 13 inches wide. It is BRAND NEW never used. Made out of strong shiny hard stock paper and it is adjustable. One size fits all. This was given out to a select number of guests at the NYCC October 2016. It is not available in stores. Very nice rare promo item for a fan. Would make a nice display piece.
