This is a vintage cake decoration or topper, a woman wearing a long blue gown and formal gloves.  I think she might be meant as a bridesmaid, but I'm not certain.  Made of painted hard plastic, she measures 3.25" tall and is marked "Hong Kong" on the underside.  Condition is excellent.  Asking $3.00 obo.
