   The inscription inside reads "This is the third edition, limited to 300 copies, of this publication prepared originally for the Conference of Governor's meeting in Pennsylvania May 28 to 31, 1944.  A second edition was printed for the schools of the State."

   Hardcover, 112 illustrated pages in black and white.  Welcome from Major General Edward Martin (PA Governor) inside, dated November 10, 1945.  Colorized state map illustrations inside the front and back covers.

CONDITION:  Very good.  Binding is strong and there are just a few ink markings inside (one name and date).
