Copier-Liquidation-Center offers 30-day Parts Warranty within Continental US locations only. It is important to note that warranty starts upon the receipt of the copy machine. We will not be liable in any case the machine shows low performance or shows usual wear-and-tear after the warranty has expired.
Should you require service within the 30-day warranty window, we can offer a remote diagnosis via video conference.
Supplies such as toners, drums, and fusers are provided as-is. Please note that these supplies are not included in the parts warranty stipulated herein.
We highly suggest that you purchase a maintenance contract with a local copier service.
SHIPPING DETAILS
All shipments are shipped free to curbside. The delivery driver will drop the machine onto the ground, curbside, at the end of your driveway. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from there.
If you want the machine delivered within your premises, there is an additional charge.
Please advise us ahead of time should you need any of these services:
1. Inside delivery:
Your item will be transported from the truck to the inside of the first floor front door of your office. (Please take note that the delivery personnel will not unpack or setup the item and will not place it in a specific room.)

Local pickup is available. All equipment shipped is insured. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipment of your copier (actual ship date) will occur 1-7 business days of receipt of your payment. Arrival at your delivery location will occur 1-20 business days from actual ship date. In cases when the copier is shipped via specialized electronic carrier it will arrive corner-boarded, shrink-wrapped, and blanket-wrapped and secured in an air ride truck. In cases when the copier is shipped via common carrier it will arrive secured on a pallet.
The cost listed in the auction is for commercial buildings that are tractor-trailer accessible. Must be on the first floor OR have elevator to higher floors. Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges which may be very costly. Failure to respond to our shipping questions correctly will result in higher shipping charges.
You will be notified within 4 business days of your winning bid with a request for payment and complete shipping information. Winning bidders are expected to complete payment within 4 days of initial notification of winning bid. You can expect to receive your order within 10-20 business days.
We do our very best to make sure that you receive a good, clean, working copier that arrives without damage. Please keep in mind, the copier is a USED COPIER that will have normal wear and tear. In the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, the buyer must list and sign for all damage on the bill of lading upon arrival. We can assist you with a freight claim at that time. If the damage is not specified and signed for on the bill of lading, there can be no freight claim. Copier-Liquidation-Center is not responsible nor accountable for any damage that may occur.

Each copier is in good working order upon departure from our facility. Supplies such as toner, drums, and fusers are provided as-is. Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly. Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance. All sales are final--All machines are: AS IS. No additional warranties, either expressed or implied, exist.

2. Machine received does not match the brand/model/description in the invoice.
