Description
Up for offer is this spectacular antique purse from a local estate - the black appears to be silk and maybe the embroidery too. The body measures 5 5/8 by 4.75 inches. The inside appears to be silk as well. There is a chain inside that something was attached to - not sure if it was the pouch or something else. The pouch has a ton of wear but overall the inside is fabulous. The embroidery is super fine and very detailed. There are flowers on both side and there is some wear but very minor for age - I will show a lot of photos. One small loose thread on a flower and a little dirt - any attempt to clean will be left to the buyer. The gold tone frame is amazing with snow drop style flowers all the way around. The top of the frame has gold colored rose cut jewels. There are no marks that I can see as to maker or origin - it might be French. The strap drop is 5.75 inches - some wear on the gold finish on t e chain and it features 2 large ornate links that is jeweled on each side. - one of the jewels is slightly askew but is firm in it's place - see photos. It is a real beauty.

If you buy multiple items and pay before I can send you a combined invoice with the adjusted shipping price I will not be able to issue you a shipping refund -s charges me fees on the shipping you pay me. If you want combined shipping to save money do not pay until you get a combined invoice. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end. Please be aware that insurance or delivery confirmation is included in the shipping & Handling.
Shipping
For any jewelry item that ends up at $500 or more - shipping must be via UPS or Fedex with insurance and signature confirmation which is substantially more expensive than what is being quoted in the auction. you are agreeing to pay this higher amount if this situation should occur. International Buyers Please Note: All International items paid for via paypal will be shipped priority or 1st class mail with insurance or registered 1st class mail International depending on the item and the price. If none of these options are available to your country, I will not be able to ship to you. This is an e-bay/paypal requirement and International shipping is expensive. Delivery times for International packages varies greatly. I insure through a 3rd party company to offer you insurance on first class mail shipping which saves you money. Insurance claims cannot be filed until it has been 45 business days fromt he ship date. There is a reason for this - customs and travel times are not predictable in any way. In the event that a claim needs to be filed the appropriate paperwork will be sent to you via email for your part in the process. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. The information for the customs forms is automatically filled in from the auction information and will not be altered.
