Group of two (2) vintage original photographs pertaining to the motion picture career of actor, 
MONTGOMERY CLIFT. The first photograph depicted is from the 1959 Columbia Pictures production of Suddenly, Last Summer, co-starring Elizabeth Taylor. The image depicts a medium shot of Clift as handsome Dr. Cukrowitz as he reads a letter while inside his office. Credits from the film are depicted in the bottom border. Measuring 8x10 inches and printed on single-weight stock with a glossy finish, this vintage original photograph is in very good+ condition with a 2.5-in. diagonal crease on the top right corner which crosses through the image area; a 0.75-in. horizontal tear on the right border beneath the center of the photo; a 1.75-in. diagonal crease on the bottom left corner with light signs of wear near the corner in the borders; a very light 0.5-in. diagonal crease on the top left corner within the borders; and 1.5-in. long diagonal crease in the background area to the left of Clift's image within the wall.

The second photograph depicted is from Clift's final motion picture appearance in 1968's, The Defector, released in the US on television by CBS in December of 1968. Clift portrays James Bower an physicist visiting West Germany who's recruited by a shady CIA agent to help him with the defection of a Russian scientist. The image features a very close shot of Clift wearing a woman shirt with a black tie draped across his neck. Affixed to the bottom of the verso which is the original paper snipe caption from the CBS Television Network which announces the film's television broadcast on Friday, Dec. 6 (1968). It fold over across the dotted line. Measuring 7x9 inches and printed on single-weight glossy stock, this vintage original photograph is in very fine+ condition with only a 0.25-in. diagonal crease on the bottom right corner within the borders only.
