This vintage fur coat features:
* Longer length with flare
* 40s styling
* No true collar
* Padded shoulders giving it a squared broad look, very Joan Crawford-esque
* Fingertip length wide bell sleeves
* Lined in bright rust colored satiny material throughout the entire coat, down to the sleeve cuffs
* Satiny lining is gathered at wrists to stop cold air from entering into the sleeves - a quality feature
* Lining is sewn onto the fur pelts
* Arm loops inside that are attached from the shoulder to below the arm holes to allow to the coat to securely be draped over your shoulders- another quality feature
* Two hidden deep vertical slash pockets lined in dark rust velvet material
* Closes with a decorative crocheted button and loop at the throat
* Closes with metal hook and loop at the bust/waist area
* Labeled "T.A. Chapman Co., Milwaukee, Wis."
* Lining is NOT embroidered

Condition: Estate direct - pet free and smoke free home. Fur is soft and supple, with no dryness, shedding or matting noted. Very slight areas of wear noted on the bottom hem in the front and at the back of the neck. One small areas of strain, 2-3 broken stitches, noted on the interior left armhole.
