Attention

Please make sure the installation site is clean. Or it will cause operating obstruction, even make the temperature of the compressor very high, and the belt on the clutch may melt.
Because the item is with oil when sent to you, so there is no need to add oil when you use it the first time.
But you need to add the refrigerant, please add them to 70-80%, don't need to fill up.
There may be noise if the refrigerant is added too much.

Installation Step

Once the old compressor has been removed, begin by removing the receiver/drier or accumulator, and the expansion valve or orifice tube from the vehicle.
Next, flush the condenser and evaporator using a non-oil based A/C flush. The valve must be removed on expansion valve system before the evaporator can be flushed.
Flush evaporators from inlet to outlet.
Install the new receiver drier or accumulator, and new expansion valve or orifice tube.
Next, install the new or remanufactured A/C Compressor.
Install and tighten the A/C Compressor mounting bolts.
Reconnect any electrical connectors to the A/C Compressor.
Re-install the refrigerant lines and A/C belt to the A/C Compressor.
Reconnect the negative battery cable.
Evacuate the A/C system with an A/C servicing machine for at least one hour.
Check the system for leaks.
If there are no leaks, install the refrigerant charge (Check the A/C system sticker under the hood of the vehicle for the proper amount and type of refrigerant for the system). Then, let the system set for 2 minutes. Doing so will allow the refrigerant to carry the oil and spread more evenly throughout the system.
Start the vehicle’s engine and turn on the A/C system.
